About Us
Launch Learn started because we got tired of overcomplicated courses that promise everything but deliver fluff. We wanted something different. Direct teaching. Real projects. People who actually know what they're doing. So we built it ourselves back in 2019. Now we've got folks learning design, writing, video production, and a bunch of other creative stuff without the corporate speak. No motivational posters. No "synergy" talk. Just courses that work. We're based in Plzeň and we keep things human-sized on purpose.
Over time, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, quality, and clear communication. We treat each project as a partnership and aim for outcomes that last.
Our Story
We started small. Three of us frustrated with online courses that were either too vague or too rigid. The first course had 23 students. Rough around the edges, but people actually finished it and used what they learned. Word spread. By year two, we had enough demand to hire more instructors—people we knew were legit. Expanded into video production in 2022. Photography workshops came next. We're still tiny compared to the big platforms, and we like it that way. Easier to stay honest.

Petra Novotná
Founder & Course Director
Art director for 11 years before starting this. Worked on campaigns nobody asked for but everyone remembered. Built the first three courses from scratch. Still teaches design fundamentals when she's not organizing everything.
Martin Svoboda
Instructor, Video Production
Shoots commercials and documentaries for Czech TV. Keeps our video courses grounded in what's actually happening in production right now. Brings the equipment. Brings the stories.
Katrina Kučerová
Instructor, Copywriting & Brand Strategy
Former agency copywriter. Built messaging for startups and scale-ups across Europe. Teaches writing that sells without sliming your soul. Currently freelancing and mentoring students through real projects.
